The primary responsibilities include designing and executing test plans, identifying system issues, implementing quality assurance processes, and ensuring the network and systems function efficiently and securely. Monitoring performance, troubleshooting, and maintaining the integrity of IT systems and networks are key aspects of the day‑to‑day activities for this role.QualificationsProficiency in Network Administration and Network Security to ensure system reliability and data protection.Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Information Technology for diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively.Experience providing high-quality Customer Service for both internal stakeholders and external clients.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Relevant certifications such as CHFi are advantageous. xpwpeyx Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
