These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.Connect to your opportunityOur projects vary greatly and your responsibility as a consultant will differ based on the focus of the client engagement and your skillset, but could include and may require you to:ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the organization's enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technology requirements and solutions.Assess the current technology landscape, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and propose architectural improvements.Define and document enterprise architecture standards, principles, and guidelines to ensure consistency and interoperability across systems and applications.Lead the evaluation and selection of technology platforms, frameworks, and tools that align with the enterprise architecture strategy.Provide guidance and support to project teams in aligning their solution architectures with the enterprise architecture standards and principles.Conduct architectural reviews to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines and best practices.Collaborate with IT leaders and business stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps and prioritize investments in line with business objectives.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in enterprise architecture.Collaborate with vendors and external partners to assess technology solutions and make recommendations for integration into the enterprise architecture.Drive innovation and continuous improvement by exploring new technologies, conducting proof-of-concepts, and recommending innovative solutions.Connect to your skills and professional experienceAll applicants must hold UK security clearance to DV levelCandidates will have hands on experience with one or more technologies relevant to these areas:Qualificationsdegree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role, with a strong track record of defining and implementing enterprise architecture strategies.In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, MODAF, DODAF or similar frameworks and notation such as BPMN, Business Capability Modelling and ArchiMate.Proven experience of maximising the functionality of Enterprise Architecture tools e.g Sparx and Bizzdesign using viewpoints and traceability.Strong understanding of business processes, IT systems, and technology trends in the industry.Experience in defining and implementing enterprise-wide technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.Proficiency in assessing and selecting technology.Strong understanding of Defence architecture, data, and security policies.Connect to your business - Technology and TransformationDistinctive thinking, deep expertise, innovation and collaborative working.
