We do this by creating welcoming spaces that encourage people to be present and connect with each other, playing any of the 1000 unique board games on our shelves.Our venues are uniquely designed to provide the perfect intimate atmosphere to enjoy our great service, food and drinks and games experience.Overview of RoleWe are looking for an experienced and charismatic General Manager who is passionate about working with our high‑performing teams in delivering a market‑leading customer experience. The role’s primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day‑to‑day management of the site, focusing on our people, customers and financials. All our managers are fully hands‑on in delivering our company values with everyone they engage with. They are obsessed with delivering the right vibe for our customers to enjoy and will show genuine care when working with their team. You will work directly with our senior leadership team who are there to support you in your role and allow you to focus on delivering a great experience.What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate has experience leading big teams and is a natural leader who others look to for support and direction.
