Test Equipment Architect Location: Stevenage Salary : Up to £60,000 depending on experience Headline Benefits: A bonus of up to £2,500, Paid Overtime, Strong pension,25 days annual leave with the option to accrue 15 additional days flexi leave, enhanced parental leave.Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.Were working with an award-winning, world-leading, technical & scientific engineering organisation, with sites across Europe, that have an exciting opportunity for a Test Equipment Architect where you will play a crucial role in the development of high-quality test systems .Typically for this role, you will work 2 days a week on-site.The Test Equipment Architect role: We are seeking an experienced Test Equipment Architect specialising in the System Design of Test Equipment (TE) for complex systems, plus occasionally system simulators.The role is intended for applicants who have extensive experience of working with and developing Test Systems.Working within the established TE Architecture team, you will be advising the customer; providing guidance on the Test Equipment Requirements; disseminating the requirement into a system design (by producing an Architecture Design Document) and working to ensure the developed test system meets its system requirements.You should be able to act as an authority on test equipment aspects to the design teams and the project.You will also have the opportunity to get involved with continuous improvement activities and the development of new technologies through the IRAD process, and potentially influence our Test Equipment product line (ATENA).Test Equipment Architect skills and experience required: Experience of Test Equipment Design, obtained over multiple projects Knowledge of Test Equipment Software, or software techniques and methods Knowledge of Systems Engineering approaches, ability to spot poor requirements Knowledge of Design for Test aspects, and able to guide and inform the Test Architects/IVLs General knowledge of, and preferably a specialism in one area of the following: Metrology, RF, Digital or Analogue Design, Power electronics, computing, Cyber or FPGA design.Their order book stretches for many years, and they have healthy profits and a range of new projects in place.Theyre stable with steady controlled growth, offer dynamic working, and fantastic opportunities to grow and develop your career further.The business are firm believers in offering all staff the best possible platform to succeed, providing support for career development as well as personal assistance.They hold numerous awards on the back of this work and have a range of employee networks and internal communities that include Parents and Carers, Armed Forces, Gender Equality, Neurodiversity, Pride, Ethnic Diversity and many more.They really care about their staff and are passionate about what they do and why they do it.Cirrus Selection offers the services of an Employment Agency for permanent recruitment and the services of an Employment Business for contract recruitmentd02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
