You’ll have the freedom and support to develop your expertise, expand your leadership skills, and steer your career in the direction you choose.What you’ll be doing:Leading the delivery of high‑quality tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients.Building and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships based on trust and technical excellence.Managing and mentoring a talented team, helping them to develop and thrive.Collaborating closely with Directors and Partners to identify opportunities, win new work, and deliver commercial growth.Taking an active role in shaping strategic decisions and contributing to the success of the wider tax practice.What we’re looking for:Strong experience managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients across advisory and compliance projects.Proven ability to deliver technically excellent, commercially focused tax advice.A track record of developing and maintaining client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.Leadership and people management experience, with a collaborative and proactive approach. xpwpeyx CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent).Seniority level:DirectorEmployment type:Full‑timeJob function:Accounting/AuditingIndustries:Accounting and Professional Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
