The Head of Talent Development will design and deliver a strategic learning and development framework that drives employee growth, enhances organisational performance, and aligns with Legends Global's objectives. This marks the beginning of our Talent Development journey, providing an opportunity to work closely with stakeholders ranging from the events team to the senior leaders. This role will lead business‑aligned programmes‑including digital learning, workshops, coaching, and development at all levels. Key priorities include building leadership capability, and talent development, using data to measure impact and improve outcomes. We understand that from time to time you might need a bit of support to get you back to feeling your best, so we have teamed up with AXA Health to provide our people with an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to support mental health in the workplace.Create and establish a brand new European Talent Development approachCollaborate with senior stakeholders on succession planning strategies to safeguard business continuity and sustain high performance in critical positions.Design and deliver talent strategies that support effective onboarding, development, and team integration in new business establishments and during organisational growth.Lead regional projects to implement and enhance talent systems that underpin internal mobility, performance development and learningChampion organisational change by promoting adoption of talent tools and practices, working across corporate functions to strengthen workforce capability and overall effectivenessCollaborate actively across a global, matrixed organisation.Create a suite of learning opportunities that are accessible to all employees.Create a blended approach to L&D utilising in person, classroom and Digital options where best suited.Proven experience in a Talent, Learning & Development or Training role, ideally within a corporate, retail, hospitality, or venue management environment.Strong knowledge of instructional design, learning technologies, and leadership development.Experience in digital learning platforms and e-learning content creation.Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills at all levels.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.Data-driven approach to measuring learning impact and effectiveness.CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) in Learning & Development or HR.Experience working in a multi-site and for an international organisation.Familiarity with apprenticeship schemes and government-funded training initiatives.High energy, strong will and ambition to learn and work on new thingsExperience working in a European/Global region would be desirableLegends Global is redefining excellence in sport, entertainment and live events.
