This is a comprehensive legal role that will serve as the primary point of contact for legal requirements spanning Commercial, HR, and Facilities functions. The successful candidate will manage legal affairs internally while strategically engaging external counsel when necessary.Commercial LawDraft, review, and negotiate client contracts and commercial agreementsHandle urgent client and employee contract requirementsManage vendor agreements and supplier contractsAdvise on business transactions and commercial risk managementEnsure compliance with commercial regulations and industry standardsEmployment & HR LawDraft and review employment contracts and policiesAdvise on HR matters including disciplinary procedures, redundancies, and employment disputesEnsure compliance with UK employment law and regulationsSupport international employment matters across our global operationsManage employee relations legal issuesFacilities & OperationsHandle property and facilities-related legal mattersReview lease agreements and property contractsManage regulatory compliance for business operationAdvise on health and safety legal requirementsLegal Operations ManagementServe as primary legal resource across all business functionsMaintain and update legal documentation and processesManage relationships with external legal counsel (including Cripps and other firms)Implement cost-effective legal solutions to reduce external counsel dependencyConduct legal risk assessments and provide strategic advice to leadershipExperienceUK qualified solicitor with current practicing certificateMinimum 5-7 years post-qualification experienceStrong xpwpeyx commercial law background with in-house experience preferredExperience in employment law and HR legal mattersUS law experienceSingaporean and Spanish legal knowledge would be an additional bonusExperience working with international business structuresUnderstanding of cross-border legal requirementsWhat we offer:Our offices are primed to engender a team atmosphere, with breakout spaces provided for you to enjoy time with your colleagues, In addition to a fantastic work environment, you can look forward to a vibrant social scene outside the workplace with events, parties and activities held year round for everyone to enjoy.
