Service and Warranty Manager

A Service and Warranty Manager is required to join a leading manufacturing company based in Redditch, Worcestershire. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to lead service operations and warranty management within a dynamic technical environment.Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.As a Service and Warranty Manager, your responsibilities will include:Leading the service and warranty team to ensure efficient handling of product returns and warranty claimsOverseeing mechanical and electrical repairs, refurbishments, and fault diagnosisManaging product bookings and tracking using SAP processesCollaborating with Quality and Engineering teams to investigate recurring issues and implement corrective actionsMaintaining accurate records of service activities and warranty claimsProviding technical support to customers via email, phone, and on-site visitsMonitoring spare parts inventory and coordinating with procurement for replenishmentDeveloping and maintaining warranty policies and proceduresPreparing reports and analysis on service trends and warranty performanceTo be successful in this role, you should ideally have:Ideally 5+ years' experience in technical service or warranty management, preferably within manufacturing or engineeringStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systemsProficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word, and ExcelAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong problem-solving and organisational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities under pressureWhat's on offer:Monday to Friday working hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm (early finish at 1:30pm on Fridays)Salary of £35-40k dependant on experience33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)Benefits including pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) etcIf you are interested in this Service & Warranty Manager, please Apply today.ASC Connections Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
