Vice President, Sales Executive – CCaaS (UK&I)Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.Join TTEC Digital as a leader who will drive new business revenue across the UK&I, focusing on modernising customer engagement through CCaaS, AI, and digital CX transformation.About TTEC DigitalTTEC Digital is a global leader in Customer Experience transformation and cloud contact centre innovation, partnering with leading brands to deploy CCaaS, AI and CX solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business revenue through the sale of multi‑vendor CCaaS and CX transformation solutions.Develop and manage relationships with C‑level stakeholders to position TTEC Digital as a trusted advisor in cloud contact centre and customer experience strategy.Collaborate with internal Business Development, Solution Architecture, and Delivery teams to design tailored solutions aligned to client goals.Partner with leading CCaaS technology providers (NICE, Genesys, Google, Cisco, etc.) to build joint go‑to‑market and co‑sell strategies.Lead the full sales process, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining accurate forecasting in Dynamics CRM.Build strong, collaborative relationships with vendor partner sales teams to maximise joint pipeline and new revenue opportunities.Present compelling proposals and RFP responses that demonstrate commercial acumen, innovation, and clear business value.Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets.Qualifications7+ years of experience in new business sales within the Contact Centre / CCaaS / Digital CX space.Proven success selling cloud contact centre and AI‑driven CX solutions across one or more leading vendor ecosystems (NICE, Genesys, Microsoft, Five9, Google, Cisco).Track record of closing multi‑year, multi‑million‑pound deals within Enterprise or Mid‑Market segments.Deep understanding of customer experience transformation, omnichannel engagement, and contact centre technology trends.Ability to build and maintain executive‑level relationships and influence strategic technology decisions.Experience leading complex bid teams and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver winning solutions.Strong consultative, outcome‑oriented selling skills, underpinned by a passion for customer experience and innovation.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Comfortable operating both independently and collaboratively within a high‑growth, fast‑evolving environment.What You’ll Bringh3>Strategic vision, consultative sales expertise, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in CCaaS and CX solutions. xpwpeyx About UsTTEC Digital, part of TTEC Holdings Inc., employs over 1,800 people worldwide and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative technology solutions.
