The dynamic work environment will prepare you for the challenges of the future.The Mars Procurement Leadership Experience is a three-year programme consisting of three 12-month rotations. These rotations offer you a diverse range of experiences in different areas of our organization, which can include buying, operations, quality, effectiveness and sustainability. This is your chance to contribute to the growth of Mars and further our renowned brands while receiving guidance for your professional and personal development. Engage in strategic business decisions, leading projects focused on procuring the right products, with the best quality and at the optimal price.
