Commercial Vehicle Master Technician Heathrow Location: Heathrow Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Basic Salary: £45,000 OTE: Up to £59,957 per annum (Uncapped) Hours: 40 per week, MondayFriday 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (paid at 1.5x) Overtime: Weekdays and weekends available (paid at 1.5x) Bonus: Productivity bonus up to £6,000 per year EV Qualification Bonus: £2,000 per annum (proof required) Join a Leading Commercial Vehicle Team Were looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Vehicle Master Technician to join our expert team at Heathrow .If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.Youll carry out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles, ensuring customers stay on the road safely and efficiently.If you hold a Master Technician qualification (from any manufacturer), wed love to hear from you.A training assessment will be completed during your probation to help align your skills to our commercial vehicle standards.What Youll Be Doing Performing complex diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on commercial vehicles Conducting diagnostic appointments and providing technical guidance Working efficiently to manufacturer standards Maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail Supporting the wider team and mentoring junior technicians What Were Looking For Master Technician qualification from any manufacturer (proof required) Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance (preferred) Time-served technicians with 5 years of proven experience also considered Strong diagnostic and technical problem-solving skills Flexible, organised, and proactive approach to work Commitment to health & safety and quality standards Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills Why Join Us?
