This leader will be responsible for creating a product vision that revolutionizes our metadata platform and supply chain, unlocking new concepts through the power of AI and leading to innovative new ways for users to discover what content to watch. This role will partner closely with peer product teams across personalization, content discovery and content experience. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and ambitious initiative focused on creating the next generation of streaming products.In this role you will:Inspire internal teams and leadership to rally around the power and evolution of metadata to drive user experiencesDrive rapid development and change urgency across matrixed teams to a unified goalCreate net new metadata elements that lead to new ways of discovering and experiencing contentInvent new methods of creating metadata for broad and deep content catalogs across multiple territories and culturesStreamline supply chain with AI to reduce operations and allow capabilities to grow at scaleRapidly increase coverage and quality of metadata elements across broad and deep content catalogsEnsure platform compliance with various regulatory and standards organizations and manage legal relationshipsHelp transform platform services into a product that power and enable amazing client experiencesBe knowledgeable of emerging AI and metadata trends to evaluate what best fits PeacockCarry out thorough analyses of multiple data sources to inform feature prioritization, definition and longer-term product strategiesManage senior stakeholders through the full product lifecycle: from definition to go/no-go decisionCreate and deliver executive presentations that explain product features and roadmaps, as and when requiredQualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience developing and managing multiple different products at scale, delivering excellent customer experiences and measurable business impactDeep technical experience in platform service development, metadata systems and video platformsStrong analytical skills to evaluate a wide range of detailed information, clearly identifying the pertinent points to determine coherent approaches to problemsExcellent organizational and time management skills with a demonstrable ability to manage a vast array of information and work on multiple work streamsA passion for internet-delivered TV and the potential to do more with it for customers.
