We aim to add value to customers, meet agreed goals, and support both people and customers to achieve success.Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Technical Architect to deliver the technical solution that fits with the overall technical designDefine project Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategyManage DevOps: repositories, branching, solutions, build and release pipelinesOwnership of complex development items: C# plugins, JavaScript, PCF controls, and custom pagesPerform technical design and customisation/code review/QA ensuring best practice coding standardsIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecksFor large projects, allocate development work to developers and manage the development team on a daily basisManage application issues related to standard and bespoke codeEnsure development satisfies the customer’s functional, technical and business requirements (FDDs & IDDs)Produce Technical Design DocumentsDefine and manage environment landscape to fit project needsAttend weekly project update calls and provide development updates to the wider project teamAct as an active member of the HSO CE Services Team implementing D365 solutions, engaging with external customers to shape requirementsSupport sales and pre-sales to promote workable solutions for prospectsOwn technical delivery on projects with the ability to deep dive into technical inquiriesProduce architecture and design documentation to agreed HSO standardsUnderstand and apply the HSO project delivery methodologyWork closely with project teams and act as a point of reference/escalation during implementation, advising on go-live, scalability, and performanceAct as a Technical lead and mentor colleagues to share knowledgePlan and execute wave release updatesRequirementsEssentialSolid experience on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps and Power PlatformActed as a Technical Lead in at least 3 successful Dynamics CRM projectsAdept at Business Requirements Analysis and translating business needs into technical solutionsEffective communication of complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSolid understanding and design of Environment ArchitectureGood understanding of implementation methodologiesExam passes for relevant Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement technical certificationsPractical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement tables, workflows, Power Automate, customization and configurationDesirableExperience of data and application integration with Dynamics 365 Customer EngagementKnowledge of data migration options and processesKnowledge of other technologies complementary to Dynamics 365 Customer EngagementKnowledge of the Dual Write integration framework for integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsKey CompetenciesExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, online and in-person)Critical thinking and problem solvingPlanning and organisingDecision-makingTeam player and adaptableAmbitious for personal development and ownershipBenefitsSalary: We offer a competitive, market-aligned salary that reflects the skills and experience of each candidate.
