Available in over 240 countries, it is a fast-paced, growing business where innovation for our customers is key.This role is part of the EU Regional Programming Strategy team, working with global and local teams, as well as partners in Finance and Marketing, to analyze and optimize our content portfolio, support programming strategy, and implement best practices.Key responsibilities include:Innovating new methods to understand and model content optimization across markets.Conducting analyses to support EU programming decisions regarding the global content portfolio.Managing portfolio programming strategies throughout the content lifecycle, collaborating with Originals and Licensing teams.Scaling and adapting tools like audience targeting models and portfolio optimization into different territories.Partnering with Finance on operational planning cycles.About The TeamThe team manages content scheduling and strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the EU, focusing on medium to long-term content needs and pipeline development.Minimum Qualifications:Experience in business, finance, programming, or related fields.Strong quantitative skills with experience in data analysis and modeling.Preferred Qualifications:Passion for content, digital media, and entertainment; industry experience is a plus.Strong collaboration, trust-building, and cross-functional work skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.Ability to understand creative, business, and technical concepts, and evaluate new ideas.We are committed to diversity and inclusion.
