As Senior Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy from initial prospect engagement through to deal closure and expansion. You will lead a go-to-market function encompassing New Business, Client Sales, Business Development, Partnerships and Solution Consulting.We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-growth environment and isn\'t afraid to roll up their sleeves to drive results. This leader will develop and execute a global unified revenue strategy by building teams and implementing systems and processes for sustained growth. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale the go-to-market engine at HICX and transform how enterprises manage their suppliers.ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead a high performing go-to-market team encompassing the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition through to customer success and expansionOwn and deliver on aggressive revenue targets and growth metricsDrive pipeline generation, velocity, and conversion across all revenue channelsImplement scalable GTM systems, sales methodology and enablementCreate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementFoster a customer-first culture; partner with Customer Success to identify growth opportunities, renewals, and reduce churnDrive consistent execution of enterprise SaaS sales cycles with complex, multi-stakeholder buying processesPersonally engage in strategic deals and customer relationships when neededEnsure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline managementCollaborate with Marketing to ensure demand generation and brand growth are aligned with revenue goalsPartner with Product to ensure customer and market insights inform the roadmap and GTM prioritiesRecruit, hire, and develop top talentQualifications10+ years of global GTM leadership experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, especially in the United States and EMEAPrevious experience as CRO, VP Sales, or equivalent revenue leadership role at a growth-stage SaaS companyDirect experience closing enterprise deals ($250K+ ARR) with 6-18 month sales cyclesFamiliar with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including C-suite engagementsStrategic thinker with strong execution discipline and a hands-on approachProficiency in MEDDIC sales methodologyHistory of successful cross-functional collaboration and executive leadershipExperience with account-based marketing and sales alignmentA hands-on, people-first leadership style rooted in trust, growth, and accountabilityBenefitsPerformance-based pay tied to revenue and growth targetsWork from anywhere within UK; fully remote with an London office available for UK-based employees who want a change of sceneryPrivate health insuranceFlexible PTO — 25 days of paid holiday per year plus England Bank HolidaysTeam socials and off-site eventsCompetitive pay and benefits package including equityWork with a diverse, international teamApply and Additional InformationHICX collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
