We work with some of the UK’s most interesting brands.The Part You’ll PlayYou’ll take responsibility for several key clients, immersing yourself in their business to identify opportunities to deliver a true return on investment for their social media activities. You’ll lead a talented team, provide direction and mentoring, oversee client work, and play an integral role in new business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesDeliver award-winning social media strategies and content.Analyse data, form insights, and improve ROI.Lead and mentor a social media team.Support new business pitches.QualificationsExtensive experience as a social media account director or similar.Professional-level understanding of strategy, content creation, community management, paid social, reporting, and client management.Hands‑on experience with Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snap Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Deep knowledge of social media trends, creative best practices, influencer marketing, paid media, and performance analytics.Experience leading and mentoring teams on large budgets.Understanding of how social media integrates with other channels.Collaboration and relationship building within internal stakeholders and clients.Experience in new business and pitching.Benefits & OpportunitiesCompetitive financial and benefits package.Opportunity to work within the largest integrated agency in the UK.Outstanding working environment (bistro, gym, heated pool).About McCannGhosts.
