This is an opportunity to define how customers engage with the brand, shape retention strategies, and drive loyalty through data‑led, personalised experiences.The successful candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial acumen, leading the development of a modern CRM function that supports long‑term growth and customer value.The business is investing heavily in digital innovation and customer data, making this an ideal time for an experienced CRM leader to influence direction, introduce new ideas, and deliver measurable results.Responsibilities:Define and deliver a CRM strategy that drives engagement, loyalty, and revenue growthLead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing teamWork collaboratively with marketing, data, and digital teams to deliver seamless customer journeysPosition CRM as a key growth function within the businessAutomation and Technology:Oversee the optimisation and transformation of CRM systems and data processesBuild and deliver automated multi‑channel campaigns across email, app, and push notificationsDevelop advanced segmentation and personalisation strategies to increase effectiveness and ROIData and Insight:Create and maintain a single customer view to support targeted communicationUse performance data to refine campaigns and inform strategic decisionsCollaborate with analytics partners to evolve lifecycle marketing programmesRequirements:At least eight years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or lifecycle management, including three years in a leadership roleProven success in developing and delivering CRM strategies that improve retention and revenueStrong knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation toolsExperience with customer segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketingUnderstanding of data management, integrity, and transformation projectsAnalytical mindset with confidence using CRM and business intelligence tools; knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS or machine learning is an advantageExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in a fast‑paced retail, ecommerce, lifestyle, beauty, or fashion environmentOpportunities:Shape the CRM function through a period of significant digital transformationLead the creation of a data‑led personalisation strategy on a modern platformBuild and inspire your own CRM teamMake a clear and measurable impact on customer engagement and brand growthSeniority level: Director.Employment type: Full‑time.Job function: Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.Industries: Retail Apparel and Fashion, Retail, and Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
