It has regular local visitors for adult dining.The pub turns over approximately £35,000 per week on a 60% (wet sales), 30% (dry sales), 10% (rooms sales). There is huge potential to increase trade through driving the hotel trade and building on the wet and dry sales.We are looking for a food focussed operator with a background in premium dining and hotel businesses.Management accommodation is available in the form of 3 bedroom cottage within the grounds.Have you got what it takes?It’s true, being a Pub Manager is demanding but the people make it much more than just a job.
