OverviewScroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityIn-House Solicitor (up to 4 years PQE, or senior level with supervisory experience) – Glasgow (fully on-site). Full Time, Permanent. Salary: up to £65,000, dependant on experience.What You’ll Be DoingManaging a diverse caseload of pre-litigated and litigated claims with minimal supervision.Acting as a Panel Solicitor, handling discussions with insurers, external law firms, and party litigants.Providing clear and concise legal advice to key stakeholders, including Board members and insurers.Supporting the business in a wide range of legal and regulatory matters.Providing leadership and supervisory support within the team as required (for senior candidates).What We’re Looking ForQualified Solicitor (Scotland) with a current practising certificate from the Law Society of Scotland.Strong background in medical malpractice or personal injury litigation.Minimum 3 years PQE (although exceptional candidates with the right skills will be considered).Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team.Excellent commercial awareness and strong IT and administrative skills.Willingness to research and advise on a wide range of legal issues.Prior experience mentoring or supervising junior team members is desirable (for senior candidates).To apply for this role, please send your CV or contact Emma Pringle at Iconic Resourcing for a confidential chat and further details.
