If you are passionate about leading large-scale technology projects and have experience in enterprise software implementation within commercial real estate and client accounting, you might be the perfect fit for our role.Your role is to lead our largest and most strategic customer onboardings, ensuring enterprise clients realise the full value of Re-Leased.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise implementations, balancing multiple stakeholders and timelinesAct as the primary liaison between client leadership, project sponsors, and internal teamsDesign, manage, and execute project plans, including scope definition, milestones, and risk managementLead customer workshops to map business processes and configure solutions to enterprise needsOversee and guide data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and complianceProvide training and change management support to client teams, ensuring successful adoptionInfluence internal product roadmaps by surfacing enterprise requirements and industry insightsPartner with Sales and Customer teams to ensure smooth handovers and long-term customer valueWhat you’ll bring (Qualifications)Proven experience leading enterprise-level software implementations (preferably in commercial real estate, property management, or client accounting)Deep knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, Xero) and data migration best practicesExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage both executive and operational teamsStrong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with project toolsExperience delivering process redesign and change management at scaleAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, global SaaS environmentOur culturePeople First: One team globally; our people and customers always come first.Find a Way: Like a river, we find a way around obstaclesWin or Learn: Our journey for improvement never ends; enjoy the rideAim High: We dare to set big goals and love the challenge of achieving them against the odds.Why Join Re-Leased?This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global business where we encourage thought diversity and driving new ideas.
