Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems.The Company is on a fast growth path, with strong revenue and profitability growth in recent years and ambitious growth plans for the near future.About the Role:We’re looking for a strategic, commercially driven Business Development to lead growth across our Construction and wider Industrial market segments.In this role, you’ll shape and execute a global strategy to increase Zotefoams’ market share. You’ll identify high-value opportunities, build strong partnerships, and work closely with technical teams to deliver innovative foam solutions that solve real-world challenges. As a key figure in the commercial function, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing the business pipeline and expanding our footprint—particularly across Europe and North America.Role Responsibilities:Business Development & StrategyOwn and drive a business development strategy aligned to global growth objectivesBuild a strong, sustainable pipeline of high-value opportunities in target marketsDevelop new customer relationships and grow presence in underdeveloped territoriesPosition Zotefoams as an engineered solutions partner, offering bespoke supportMarket Engagement & InnovationIdentify customer needs and collaborate with technical teams on tailored solutionsPresent proposals with clear ROI and influence design and process choicesMonitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activityContribute to product development and improvements that support commercial growthCollaboration & Sales EnablementWork closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of new accountsSupport marketing initiatives and help shape the go-to-market approachProvide insights and reporting on pipeline health, forecasts, and progressQualifications/ Experience:Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a commercial or technical environmentProven track record in business development, ideally in manufacturing or industrial marketsDemonstrated success in pipeline development and sales conversionConfident working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and technical teamsProficiency with CRM systems and tools such as Excel and PowerPointWhat we’re looking for?Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of customer valueA natural relationship builder who can engage at all levelsCurious, proactive and solutions-focusedAble to simplify complexity and communicate with clarityOrganised, strategic, and not afraid to get stuck inWhy Join Us?At Zotefoams, we believe in fostering a supportive and innovative environment where everybody can thrive.
