If you\u2019re driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we would love to hear from you.What you\u2019ll doPartner with Account Executives on strategic opportunities: Shape the vision of highly visible prospects and existing clients, presenting Pigment\u2019s thought leadership around Planning at the most senior levelsIndustry Focus: Play a leading role in highly visible deals and projects, with an emphasis on industries such as Financial Services where planning transformation is mission-criticalCustomer Discovery at depth: Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to uncover business goals, challenges, and limitations with their current planning approach and solutionsExecutive Workshops: Lead high-impact workshops with C-level and senior executive audiences to refine and validate Pigment\u2019s proposed solutionSet a Customer Planning Vision: Evolve and influence customers\u2019 long-term planning strategies beyond their current state, developing a solution hypothesis supported by compelling proof-points from our customer success storiesProduct Demonstrations: Master Pigment\u2019s advanced product capabilities and deliver tailored, differentiated demonstrations that address a wide spectrum of complex business concernsSolution Design: Architect comprehensive Pigment solutions that not only transform business processes but also drive cultural change within prospect organizationsScoping & Estimation: Own the design, scoping, and estimation of software solutions and professional services for large-scale, strategic prospects and customersCross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on prospect needs and influence improvements in product, processes, and customer experiencesWho you areDeep knowledge of the EPM space with advanced modeling experience in at least one product (e.g. Adaptive Insights (Workday), Anaplan, Board, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Jedox, Planful, Vena, etc.) is essentialSignificant experience in sales, presales, data science, or modeling at a leading software/SaaS company, with a focus on large, strategic dealsKnowledge of the Financial Services industry and its planning challenges would be a strong advantageProven ability to explain technical solutions, establish executive-level goals, develop opportunities, and provide modeling or data management expertise that inspires senior decision-makersTrack record of building strong and lasting C-level relationships, demonstrating executive presence, empathy, and credibilityExperience in preparing and delivering compelling presentations targeted to senior and executive audiencesStrategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environmentAdaptable to a rapidly evolving product, with the capability to respond strategically to complex customer needsProven success in balancing multiple high-profile objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with limited supervisionBA/BS degree or MSA preferredExceptional communication skills; company language is EnglishWhat we offerCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, & vision insurance coverage for you & your loved onesGenerous time off and parental leave policiesOffsite gatherings once a year and offices in major cities including New York, Toronto, Paris, and LondonHigh-end equipment (based on stock/availability) to do your work in the best conditionsHow we workThrive Together: We can only win as a team.
