This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected practice with a varied and interesting caseload, working primarily from their Exeter office while being part of a wider Private Client team across the region.The RoleYou will manage a broad mix of Private Client matters, including:Wills and succession planningEstate administration and probateTrusts and tax planningLasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection mattersThe ideal candidateBe an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong technical knowledge of Private Client law.Ideally hold STEP qualification (although full support will be provided to obtain this).Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client care.Be proactive, organised, and able to build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues alike.Why join our client?They recognise the importance of work-life balance and encourage their team to enjoy life outside of the office.
