The role includes auditing, customer complaint management, supplier quality support and driving continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer complaints, root cause analysis (8D) and corrective actionsConduct internal audits (AS9100/NADCAP) and support external auditsSupport MRB, documentation updates, drawings interpretation and workshop activitiesAssist with supplier audits, non-conformances and Approved Supplier List updatesLead Quality tasks for NPI including PPAP, FMEA, APQP and FAIRsSupport QMS updates and continuous improvement initiativesProvide training and support business xpwpeyx systems when requiredSkills & ExperienceDegree in Engineering/Quality or equivalent experienceStrong communication, problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to prioritise workload and work across teamsAerospace/defence experience preferred
