The ideal candidate will showcase strong business acumen, effectively manage day-to-day activities, ensure financial success, and maintain exceptional customer service. This pivotal role demands a leader who can take full accountability for P&L responsibility, staff management, and gross profit optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong, hands-on leadership across all departments, fostering a high-performance culture.
