Director – Business Development – Fund & Corporate ServicesApplying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.The role will work closely with the Head of PrivateCredit, the Head of Funds, other Business Development directorsand jurisdictional MDs.PURPOSE OF JOBTogrow the Fund & Corporate Services client base, with a particular focus onPrivate Credit, through expanding existing and new intermediary relationshipsand direct sales activities. The role includes involvement in BusinessDevelopment strategy alongside the Head of Private Credit and Head of Funds andexecution of that strategy.The role holder will ensure annual new businesstargets are achieved.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESDrive the sales process fromorigination to completion.Arrange and attend business meetings withintermediaries and prospective clients, with the Head of Private Credit asappropriate.First contact for new businessopportunities in relation to Private Credit by phone, email or JTC website.Proposal creation, RFP responses, pitchpresentations, and action point follow up.Manage and build the Private Credit newbusiness pipeline on Sales Force.Prepareclient presentations and materials.Promptfollow up on action points from business meetings.Help identify new business opportunities,including new markets, new clients and new partnerships, particularly inrelation to fund and loan administration for Private Credit managers.Conductresearch to identify new markets, opportunities and customer needs.Build long-term relationships withprivate credit managers and professional intermediaries alongside the Head ofPrivate Credit.Attend conferences, speak on and moderate panels as necessary and contribute to articles promoting JTC and the private credit asset class.Build brand and service awareness with intermediaries.Ensure good corporate governance in accordance with regulatory requirements while aligning to the Group’s overall aims, business plan and long-term strategy.Adhere to Risk & Associate Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.Be responsible for analysing, assessing and managing the risks associated with new business/potential clients, as well as, and where relevant, the Group’s business as a whole.Remain aware of the obligations for the reporting of unusual transactions and act as a guide to the division in this respect.Develop self and ensure knowledge in relevant field at all times.Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.Any other duties as deemed necessary or defined by Management and/or Group Board.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSSenior professional with proven track record of sales / lead conversion.Experience in fund and loan administration solutions to Private Credit managers.Established network of intermediaries and target client base, particularly Private Credit.Broad-based knowledge and demonstrated ability to establish and manage a sales process, from lead generation to relationship management, nurturing a prospect pipeline, driving an agenda, and adapting to a fast-paced, challenging sales environment.Tactful, effective and persuasive communication skills suited to engaging and supporting high-profile prospects and clients.Excellent presentation skills.Capacity to deliver results both independently, as well as collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, in a cross-functional team environment.Initiative to continually broaden your industry knowledge and apply it in your daily work.Process-driven, methodical approach to completing assigned tasks.Excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritise tasks.Regular European/US travel will be expected.Arrange and support corporate events to promote the JTC ICSS Division.Attendance at and participation in industry events.Whether you are just starting out or seeking new challenges, JTC offers an environment where you can grow, develop, and succeed at every stage of your career. xpwpeyx Stay up to date with expert insights, latest updates and exclusive content.#J-18808-Ljbffr
