Pegasus Classic EngineeringQualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Specialists in Historic Motorsport Restoration & Race PreparationMotorsport HGV DriverWe’re a small, hardworking motorsport team looking for a committed Motorsport Truckie to join us on a full time basis, working both at our workshop in Lutterworth and driving our truck across Europe and the UK for our race meetings. This is a very hands-on position where you’ll play a key role in keeping our operation moving.At race meetings, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting our cars, kit, and equipment to European and UK based circuits, and you’ll be an important part of our tight-knit crew once at the circuit.When based in the workshop, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering goods, as well as assisting with the general maintenance and upkeep of the workshop and our vehicles.If you love the open road, enjoy the buzz of race weekends, working as part of a small team and take pride in being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be exactly the job for you. Key ResponsibilitiesTransport cars, tools, spares, and event equipment to race meetingsDrive and look after our articulated race transporter and support vehiclesHelp with workshop collections, deliveries, and general maintenanceAssist with garage and paddock setup, including awnings, pit wall, and workspacesSupport the team during race weekends, including pit crew dutiesKeep our vehicles and equipment clean, tidy, and well-presentedRequirementsValid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licenceDriver CPCPrevious experience in motorsport logistics or similar event-based workGood mechanical understanding and practical skillsFlexible with hours including weekend work, and travel across the UK and EuropeReliable, organised, and able to work well as part of a small teamDesirable xpwpeyx Experience in professional or club-level motorsportPitstop or race support experienceKnowledge of European transport rules and paperworkBenefitsCompetitive day rate based on experienceTravel and accommodation covered for eventsThe chance to work closely with a friendly team and fantastic classic vehiclesGenuine opportunities to grow your skills in a supportive, friendly environment Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Lutterworth facility.Please apply online, or directly with a current CV to
