This role is crucial for the company to bring creativity and experimental mindset to the tableYou will get full exposure to the senior leadership team and will get a voice to make real change within the business, as they look to shake up the market with new and fresh ideasKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the go-to-market strategyTake direct responsibility for the development of the brand vision to align with business objectives and valuesBe comfortable with shaking up the marketing to guide the creativity to connect to target audiencesWork closely with the wider team for growth of the brand strategy (including PR, events, social, influencer)Skills & Experience5-7 year's experience in a growth marketing role xpwpeyx Strong 360 across creative marketing channels - driving the brand forwardWorking with businesses that think 'outside of the box' that have shown high growth opportunitiesCreative ideas to bring forward and implement with the collaboration of the founderCreative background within the market*Rates depend on experience and client requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
