A great opportunity for someone looking for a broad and busy roleThe key duties will include:Direct line management for 4 HR Operations AdministratorsWorking collaboratively with all HR Operations Team Leaders within the HR Services teamBecome the subject matter expert in the Onboarding & Admin hub and represent the team Oversee and monitor the internal ticketing system, ensuring high priority tickets are actioned in a timely mannerDelegating tasks to team members and supporting team members with prioritisationManaging the relationship with employment screening provider matrix security watchdog, ensuring we are working collaboratively Producing weekly reports to support the business and HR Management TeamEnsuring all tasks are processed in a timely manner and a seamless onboarding experience for our employeesQuality check data entry carried out by the team and providing team members with real time constructive feedbackEnhancing current processes to ensure we deliver service excellenceUpskilling and coaching team members to deliver a customer centric HR serviceThe HR Hub Team Leader will have exceptional people and stakeholder management skills, be able to communicate to a high standard, both by phone and on email and have an excellent work ethic. xpwpeyx The ideal candidate will have either previous HR Operations experience within a financial services, professional service or law firm environment and be able to keep to tight deadlines and produce work to a high level.
