You'll be part of a team committed to high-quality service and creating safe environments for residents and clients.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Where will I be working?Predominantly site based you'll be conveniently located to cover a portfolio across the Camden and North London regions with frequent long distance travel and overnight stays requiredMore about your roleAs a Fire Asset Auditor, you will be responsible for inspecting and auditing a range of fire safety assets—such as apartment doors, communal doors, emergency lighting, alarms and lifts—across residential apartment blocks. You will conduct scheduled site visits within a given geography, ensuring that all assets meet health and safety regulations and identifying any risks. Your findings will be reported clearly and promptly to Property Managers and clients. This is a mobile role requiring daily travel to multiple sites and may include evening or weekend work to meet tenant or client needs.
