Assistant Store Manager

Footasylum is a business that believes in our front-end retail staff.An Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the store’s day-to-day responsibilities. You will do so by taking on managerial tasks such as overseeing employees, modelling effective leadership and offering excellent customer service. A primary responsibility of an Assistant Manager is to carry out the Manager’s role in their absence. You will utilise this role to essentially acquire and develop a Store Manager’s duties and ultimately be in training to advance to this position.We invest in our training and development and this role will be no different.
