In this role, you will work closely with the divisional People leaders to implement and evolve a comprehensive total rewards strategy across all areas.Key responsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipAct as the strategic reward lead and go‑to reward expert for Informa Festivals and Informa Connect.Represent the voice of both divisions in Group reward discussions.Champion the "One Informa" approach by embedding the Group Reward Framework.Build strong, trusted relationships with divisional HR and business leaders.Contribute to strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and talent initiatives.Reward Cycle ManagementLead the delivery of the annual reward cycle for both divisions.Be responsible for ensuring both divisions stay within salary budget.Oversee STIP management.Provide analysis, insights, and controls to ensure effective salary management.Support on senior hires and leavers including settlement agreements.Manage benchmarking for senior hires.Manage and track bespoke reward arrangements.Business Integration & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the point of contact for internal divisional stakeholders on reward matters.Support both divisions on M'A activity.Collaborate with central Reward & Benefit Operations team.Lead the data validation process for new HRIS.Support the development and execution of Group reward initiatives.Market Intelligence & InnovationProactively monitor and analyze reward trends.Analyse and interpret internal and external reward data.Monitor reward trends, market practices, and regulatory developments.Provide strategic input to reward frameworks, policies, and processes.QualificationsPrevious experience in a reward partner or similar role within a global organization.Experience supporting global reward initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., CIPD).Ability to understand complex financial performance metrics.Skilled in building trust with senior executives.Experience managing vendor relationships across countries.Knowledge of key reward programmes that drive effective behaviour.Experience with international compensation structures and practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills to explain complex reward concepts.Experience supporting organizations through periods of growth and change.Experience implementing job levelling frameworks.Experience with global mobility, events, media, or creative industries (advantageous).BenefitsGreat community: a welcoming culture with in‑person and online social events, charity day and diversity networks.Broader impact: up to four days per year to volunteer with charity match funding.Career opportunity: bespoke training, mentoring, and access to LinkedIn Learning.Time off: 25 days annual leave, rising to 27 after two years, plus birthday leave day.Flexible personal benefits and company funded private medical cover.ShareMatch scheme.Strong wellbeing support through EAP, mental health first aiders, and health apps.Recognition for great work, global awards and kudos programmes.Opportunity to collaborate with teams worldwide.Additional InformationWe believe that great things happen when people connect face‑to‑face.
