OverviewThe Paid Media Executive will help manage and improve Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, supporting daily activity, spotting opportunities for growth, and contributing to reporting and analysis. With experience in Google Ads and Meta, they will bring creativity, analytical thinking and strong communication skills to a collaborative team.What You'll DoAt Ayko we create and market high-quality e-commerce websites for well-known brands – we’re growing at a great pace thanks to our great reputation. We’re looking to scale our digital marketing team and are looking for the next SEO expert to help us grow.Support on day-to-day client activity across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms and support senior members of the team when requiredDemonstrate strong initiative in identifying growth opportunities for client accounts as well as testing opportunitiesCreate client reports, forecasts as well as audit existing and new client accountsBe creative when looking for solutions to difficult problemsBe an active, motivated and inspired member of the teamMaintain a full understanding of company processes, policies, guidelines, and contractual obligations and ensure these are consistently followedBe provided opportunities for growth and success within the companyWhat We're Looking For6 months of experience managing Google Ads & Meta accountsUp-to-date Google Ads Certifications and/or Meta Blueprint CertificationA good grasp of effective marketing campaign principles and the ability to perform a comprehensive analysis of campaign performanceEnergy and enthusiasm with an ability to learn quicklyArticulate and concise communication skillsA desire to be a team playerA proven track record of successful deliveries with deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.Bonus PointseCommerce exposure - knowledge of Shopify & MagentoExperience with other Paid Social platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat & PinterestExperience with other channels such as Display and/or Marketplace advertisingGood grasp of Excel/Google SheetsThe Package22 days holiday + bank holidaysExtra days holiday for each year worked (uncapped)Company pension schemeA clear progression plan with regular appraisals and training sessionsA clear pathway to help build something excitingTraining and development budget to undertake third party training and certificationsPresents on your birthday, christmas, work anniversaries and big life eventsRegular social events & team lunchesQuarterly surprise gift boxesEmployee wellbeing and culture at the forefront - excellent office environmentAt Ayko, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
