Our client is seeking an experienced FRA Contracts Manager to lead multiple fire safety projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised, and commercially aware professional to join a well-established contractor.Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.The RoleAs the FRA Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams across a range of active and upcoming contracts. You will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company and regulatory requirements. The position is primarily office-based, with regular site visits as required. You will also provide clear, accurate reporting to FRA Directors and maintain strong communication with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee delivery of fire-stopping and fire door installation contracts nationwideManage site teams, ensuring high standards of workmanship and complianceProvide project reports to DirectorsMaintain strong relationships with clients, attending meetings and resolving issuesEnsure programmes of work are achieved within deadlinesUphold company standards and represent the business professionallyCandidate RequirementsStrong knowledge of fire stopping and fire door installationCarpentry background or trade-based experience preferredConfident communicator with experience in xpwpeyx client meetingsComputer literate and able to produce clear written reportsProven ability to manage and motivate teamsProfessional, presentable, and highly organisedPackageSalary: GBP70,000 GBP75,000 (DOE)Company vehicle + fuel cardIf you are a Contracts Manager looking for your next move please apply or call Robert for a confidential discussion#J-18808-Ljbffr
