The ICONI platform is fully configurable with over 70 features and can meet both the operational and reporting needs of any support programme.Job DescriptionThe Head of Product will lead ICONI’s product strategy and execution, with direct responsibility for the Enspirio SaaS platform. This role combines strategic vision with leadership, ensuring that our product roadmap aligns with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Enspirio SaaS platform.Define and iterate the product pricing model in collaboration with commercial and finance teams.Lead, manage and mentor the team, supporting performance reviews, development and recruitment.Collaborate with the CEO, senior leadership and teams to align product direction with company strategy.Ensure features and improvements are prioritised based on feedback, market trends, and internal input.Provide strategic oversight while delegating operational delivery to the Product Owner.Ensure product decisions are data-driven and aligned with commercial outcomes.Drive continuous improvement in product delivery processes, tooling, and team capability.Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform roadmap and pricing.Represent the product externally at demos, procurement events, and partner briefings.Ensure the product contributes to customer satisfaction and long-term value.Direct engagement with key customers to gather feedback and understand evolving needs.Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and market adoption.Encourage and lead innovation within the product team, including exploring new technologies.QualificationsProven experience in a senior product leadership role, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise software.Technical background and ability to engage with developers and understand architectural trade-offs.Demonstrated success in managing product teams and delivering complex software products.Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. GitHub).Experience in managing change in a fast-paced environment.Experience in pricing models within the context of a SaaS platform.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in public sector or employability software.Familiarity with ICONI’s customer base and delivery model.Experience in utilising AI in product management.Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships.Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (e.g. Cyber Essentials).PackageCompetitive salaryWorkplace Pension Scheme20 days holiday plus 11 statutory (5 flexible)Supportive company cultureInvestment in employee growth and developmentTravel opportunitiesDiversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment OpportunityAt Banyan, we affirm that inequality is detrimental to our global teams, associates, our operating companies, and the communities we serve.
