The business is building innovative, data‑driven software products and is now seeking a Head of Software to define the technical direction and lead the engineering function.The RoleAs Head of Software, you'll take ownership of full‑stack development and guide a talented team through rapid growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll set technical strategy, shape engineering practices, and ensure the delivery of robust, secure, and scalable cloud‑based software. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to bring new features and products to market.What You’ll Be DoingLeading and scaling a high‑performing software engineering team in a dynamic start‑up environmentOwning full‑stack development across backend, frontend, APIs, and cloud servicesDefining technical vision, architecture, and best practicesCollaborating with data, product, and engineering teams to deliver cutting‑edge solutionsBuilding secure, scalable systems using AWS cloud technologiesSetting engineering standards, processes, and delivery frameworksRemaining hands‑on where appropriate – supporting code reviews, architecture decisions, and technical mentoringPartnering with leadership xpwpeyx to drive product strategy and executionWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Full Stack Software EngineerStrong background in senior or leadership engineering rolesExcellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and develop teamsComfortable balancing hands‑on engineering with strategic leadershipPlease note we cannot offer sponsorship for the role.If interested, please send over an updated CV.#J-18808-Ljbffr
