We are highly regarded in the industry and so you will contribute to this reputation of engineering and construction excellence. xpwpeyx Key ResponsibilitiesLead site operations ensuring safety, quality, and programme complianceCoordinate and manage temporary works in line with engineering and safety standardsAct as the Lift Appointed Person, planning and supervising lifting operationsLiaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveryMonitor site progress, manage risk, and implement corrective actions as neededChampion health, safety, and environmental best practices across the siteMaintain accurate site records and contribute to project reportingWhat You’ll Need To SucceedAP – Experience in lifting operations and relevant qualifications such as the CPCS Appointed Person courseTWC – Completion of the CITB Temporary Works Coordinator Training Course (TWCTC) or an approved alternativeProven experience as a Site Manager in the Power or Renewables construction industryStrong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage multiple subcontractors and interface with engineering teamsRelevant construction qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, TWC certification, Lifting Operations qualification)Strong communication and teamwork skillsFor more information on this Site Manager opportunity based in Ireland, the UK or Europe contact Kirby Group Talent Acquisitions Team confidentially at or apply in confidence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
