These assets and services are crucial in supporting customers with their Laundry, Catering, Heating, Fire Safety, Infection Control, and Air Conditioning.The company offers a unique, all-inclusive package called Total Care, this rental model allows customers to make a single monthly payment, to receive brand new equipment, and have maintenance costs taken care of.Role overviewAs Head of Marketing Change you will lead the marketing change programme, enhancing how marketing connects with customers, creates value, and drives business growth across our B2B markets.The role will deliver multiple workstreams designed to strengthen marketing capability, build scalable processes, and enhance customer acquisition and engagement. You will act as a bridge between strategy and operations – leading change, embedding best practice, and enhancing foundations for commercial success.Key tasksLead and implement marketing change initiatives across teams, processes, and platforms.Develop and execute the marketing roadmap to enhance agility, efficiency, and ROI.Partner with senior stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement and customer centricity.Oversee marketing systems and automation improvements, ensuring integration with CRM and sales tools.Establish governance frameworks for campaign planning, budget management, and performance measurement.Champion data-driven decision making, ensuring insight is at the heart of all marketing activity.Knowledge and SkillsProven experience leading marketing change programmes in a dynamic, complex B2B environment.Excellent understanding of customer data, customer lifecycle marketing, performance management, and digital.Demonstrated success building centres of excellence, scalable processes, and marketing operations frameworks.Strong understanding of marketing operations, automation, and performance frameworks.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, delivery orientated approach.Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline conversion, and campaign ROI.Experience in service‑orientated and commercial B2B sectors is an advantage.Experience10 years’ experience in marketing leadership and changeExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsBenefitsWhen you join the JLA family, you'll also gain access to an extensive benefits package.We care about our people and take your well‑being seriously, which is why we offer a range of supportive tools for health and wellbeing, financial guidance, and legal advice.
