You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.The RoleAs an Associate or Associate Director, you will take a senior leadership role in the delivery of structural engineering services for major energy infrastructure projects, including Transmission and Distribution networks, Overhead Line (OHL) systems, power stations, and other critical energy assets. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, and driving technical excellence and innovation across our portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the structural design and delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects.Provide strategic input into project planning, resourcing, and risk management.Deliver structural solutions for substations, transmission and distribution facilities, OHL structures, and power stations.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence.Contribute to business development, including bids, proposals, and client presentations.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and sustainable design solutions.Support the development of best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.About YouWe’re looking for an experienced leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for infrastructure.Essential Qualifications & ExperienceChartered Engineer (CEng) with a relevant professional body.Significant experience in structural engineering design and project leadership.Ideally, Experience In One Or More Of The FollowingSubstationsTransmission and Distribution infrastructureOverhead Line (OHL) projectsPower stationsPetrochemical facilitiesProven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.What’s in it for you?A senior role in delivering nationally significant energy infrastructure projects.Career progression opportunities within a global consultancy.Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package. xpwpeyx A collaborative and inclusive team culture.Apply NowIf you’re ready to lead the way in shaping the UK’s energy future, we’d love to hear from you.Location: Manchester, England, United Kingdom
