This is not just a desk-based role; you’ll be actively involved in all aspects of the business—whether it’s meeting with customers, motivating staff on the floor, or ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, as well as strong leadership and management skills.The General Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing new ideas to improve the restaurant's business.
