The firm fosters a supportive hybrid working environment, with strong internal collaboration, high standards of client service, and a reputation for integrity and commercial thinking.Job DescriptionManaging SME property sales, purchases, and related due diligenceHandling landlord & tenant lease drafting, negotiation, assignments, surrendersOverseeing secured lending work (e.g. charges, facility documents)Acting as lead adviser on deals, liaising with clients, lenders, valuers, agentsEnsuring timely advice and transactionsReviewing and drafting documentation (e.g. leases, licenses, legal opinions)Identifying and managing risks, escalating issues where neededProviding ad hoc mentoring or oversight to junior / assistant staffThe Successful ApplicantA solicitor (or equivalent) with minimum 5+ PQE in commercial property / real estate lawProven experience in landlord & tenant, leasing, assignments, secured lendingConfident handling SME‑level property transactions independentlyStrong drafting and negotiation skillsCommercial mindset, able to work to deadlines and manage multiple filesExcellent communication (verbal & written) and client handling skillsAble xpwpeyx to start ASAPComfortable working in hybrid setup (2 office / 2 home)What's on OfferFull paralegal supportCompetitive hourly rate : £55-£65 per hour3‑month locum contract, with flexibility to extend4 days per weekHybrid working (2 days in Manchester office, 2 days remote)Exposure to a broad range of commercial property mattersIf you're an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, apply now or contact Michael Bailey for more information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
