The role will be located at our Poole office. This role is primarily office-based, with some opportunity for remote working.The role will involve working within a busy team on a wide range of company/commercial work, which may include:Company and business sales and purchasesContract drafting and negotiation (covering all types of contracts including Terms & Conditions of Sale/Purchase; Supply/Distribution/Agency/Franchise agreements)Private equity/investment documentation and other corporate finance-related transactionsShareholders Agreements and disputesShare capital restructuringEmployee share option and other incentive schemesBusiness start-ups and business succession planningEducation sector work including academy conversions and multi-academy trustsThe position will involve working alongside some highly experienced Commercial Partners.
