We're looking for a Senior Associate with experience in a broad range of commercial disputes, specifically:breach of contractshareholder/director disputesIP infringementbreach of confidentialityenforcement of restrictive covenantsdebt recovery mattersYou’ll gain direct exposure to varied member queries, from straightforward contract issues to complex commercial problems. You’ll also handle complex litigation matters and court cases for both members and non-members, giving you comprehensive disputes experience covering prevention advice, litigation and resolution.The role is perfect for a generalist commercial litigator who has had autonomy over disputes matters, requiring little to no supervision.
