As a Data & AI Strategy consultant, you will help clients unlock the potential of data and AI by translating cutting‑edge technology into actionable business strategy, transformation and delivery.RoleREDEFINE strategy – Work with clients to identify high‑impact use cases, design prioritisation frameworks, and ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business goals and built for scale.ENABLE business transformation with AI – Assist clients in embedding AI and automation into core processes to unlock new capabilities, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable impact.BUILD scalable AI capability – Develop operating models, talent strategy, governance and culture to embed AI across functions, ensuring sustainable adoption.DRIVE responsible AI adoption – Design and implement robust frameworks for safe, transparent, and accountable AI deployment.SUPERCHARGE delivery – Leverage AI to accelerate solutions, experiment with new technologies, and build proof‑of‑concepts that augment research and automate tasks.ResponsibilitiesLead or support the full client engagement lifecycle, from discovery and strategy definition to execution and adoption.Design and deliver workshops, presentations and storytelling sessions that translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.Collaborate with Data, Cloud, and Engineering teams to prototype, iterate and implement AI solutions at scale.Mentor and develop junior consultants, contributing to internal thought‑leadership through whitepapers, practice development and campaign work.Participate in business development – writing proposals, responding to RFPs, presenting at client pitches, and hosting events.Your ProfileWe look for individuals who are creative problem‑solvers, passionate about AI and emerging technologies, and eager to drive strategic change.
