Our commitment is to deliver safe, memorable, and high-quality experiences that bring people together.To support our continued growth and operational excellence, we are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our flagship location.Position SummaryThe General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and staffing aspects of the centre. This role requires a strategic leader with strong business acumen and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service while effectively managing a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and hands‑on leadership across all departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and alignment with business objectivesOversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth initiativesEnsure optimal staffing levels, performance management, and training programs to build a high‑performing, customer‑focused teamMaintain operational standards in safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and service deliveryLead the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community engagement strategiesManage guest experience metrics, continuously identifying areas for improvementServe as the primary liaison between corporate leadership and centre‑level operationsEnsure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, health and safety requirementsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of management experience preferably as a General Manager in hospitality, leisure, retail, or entertainment environmentsStrong leadership skills with a track record of team development and employee engagementSolid financial and commercial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and improve guest satisfactionProficiency in operational systems, POS software, and standard office toolsWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededExperience of managing a budget of at least £1mWhat We OfferA competitive remuneration package with performance‑based incentives, salary from £45,000 plus bonus.Career progression opportunities and development within a growing organizationA supportive, inclusive, and professional work cultureComplimentary access to attractions and employee discountsApplication ProcessInterested candidates are invited to submit a detailed resume and a cover letter outlining relevant experience and leadership achievements by clicking 'Apply'.#J-18808-Ljbffr
