And we’re looking for someone who can lead the charge.The Role As the Head of Brand, you’ll be the custodian of our voice, identity, and energy - inside and out. Living in the overlap between strategy and storytelling, creative and commercial, instinct and execution.You’ll be working closely with the directorship team, but you’ll have the space and authority to shape the direction yourself. You’ll be the amplifier who draws out stories, sets the tone, and makes others feel like they belong in the Kubix world.We’re not looking for someone who wants to manage a brand from afar. We want a builder. A brave thinker. Someone with a trade, possibly rooted in social media strategy, creative direction, or campaign strategy, who now wants to take full ownership of a brand they believe in.What You’ll Be DoingLeading the tone and voice of Kubix across all touchpoints.Creating or commissioning brand content such as video, copy, campaigns, etc.Pulling the threads of information and expertise across our teams to tell the bigger story.Partnering with key internal stakeholders to shape both our internal and external communications.Elevating the presence and perception of Kubix and our team.Reporting directly to leadership with autonomy and trust.About You You’re assertive, confident, and kindYou’re curious by nature, strategic by instinct.An exceptional communicator through written, spoken, and visual language.You’re skilled in at least one core creative or marketing disciplineYou have commercial awareness and are able to think about brand in terms of growth.You’re someone that people open up to you naturally.You have ambition, want this next step, and you’re ready to own it.Skills / Qualities Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing leadership.Experience working in an agency environmentA clear specialism (content, strategy, social, or similar).Proven examples of shaping a brand’s identity and impact.Natural leadership and communication skills.Happy to be office-based - this is a hands‑on, embedded role.Bonus Points Experience within a business in the Shopify ecosystemExperience in email marketing, setting up and managing automations and campaignsExperience using KlaviyoSound knowledge of marketing principles and strategyKnowledge of design / design software such as Figma.BSc degree in Marketing or relevant fieldSalary Expectations: We appreciate that showing a salary indication is helpful for you to know whether it works with your personal circumstances, and it can be extremely frustrating to keep something so important so vague.
