It is a full‑stack shop that includes product and portfolio leadership, data engineering, infrastructure and DevOps, data/metadata/knowledge platforms, and GenAI/AI/ML, compute, and analysis platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our AI/ML, GenAI, Compute/Analytics, Cloud/Physical Infrastructure, and DevOps platforms.Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and functionalities based on user analysis, customer feedback, and business requirements.Plan and oversee product launches, ensuring effective communication, documentation, and training.Define key product metrics, establish monitoring systems, and regularly evaluate and report on performance.Serve as an ambassador of the platforms, effectively communicating their value and benefits.Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree8+ years of professional experience2+ years of experience with cloud‑based product development or managementPreferred QualificationsPhD + 4 years of experience; or Masters + 6 years of experienceLife science industry experienceExpertise in on‑premises and cloud computing environments, modern software development practices, and widely used compute tools and cloud‑based platformsExperience managing developer platforms, tools, and servicesHands‑on experience with DevOps and engineering tools (e.g., GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes)Proficiency with AI/ML and MLOps platforms (e.g., Databricks, Google Cloud Vertex AI, SageMaker)Familiarity with generative AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Hugging Face Transformers)Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategiesAbility to lead and inspire cross‑functional teamsStrong analytical skills and customer‑centric mindsetExcellent communication skills and adaptability in dynamic environmentsBenefitsGSK is a global biopharma company that offers a comprehensive benefits program for US employees.
