These services support children and young people with experiences of complex trauma, and we are committed to delivering the highest standards of care, therapeutic practice, and stability.This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a growing, values-led organisation that invests heavily in its people and champions high-quality, child-centred practice.About the RoleAs our Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal part in shaping, influencing, and developing the culture and performance of our homes.
