You’ll be responsible for ensuring that client content and strategies are consistently world-class, delivered through the team you manage. You’ll guide, oversee, and uphold the quality of our work across accounts, while playing a leadership role in shaping the agency’s growth and direction.The RoleAs Head of Social + Content, you’ll lead and oversee our social delivery, ensuring excellence through others:Brief and manage the social team, ensuring content meets the highest creative and strategic standards.Oversee content calendars, campaigns, and reporting across multiple client accounts.Own day-to-day client relationships (WhatsApp, monthly calls, quarterly meetings) as a trusted partner.Uphold standards by reviewing output and ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and cultural relevance.Translate performance data into strategic recommendations and share insights with clients.Bring fresh, relevant ideas that align to client goals and broader social trends.Contribute to agency leadership conversations, growth decisions, and internal standards.Work alongside the Founder to shape client strategies and ensure execution delivers against them.This role is leadership-focused.
