You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the store and use your experience to drive results and productivity.Forecast and deploy labour effectively, create team rotas to meet targets/budgetsEnsure all compliance/health and safety standards are met. Keeping the store running smoothlyDrive sales, profit and service excellence for your store and completing financial reports/stock takesTeam Management; monitor quality of service and performance, coach and inspire your teamWhat we’re looking forWe are after experienced and enthusiastic Managers who can drive sales and exceed KPI’s.
